When you represent someone or something,
you act in a way that brings honor and dignity to that other
person or entity.
In everyday life, you represent your family, your spouse,
your children, your brother or sister. Whenever we are away
from them, we represent them.
Heart of a Lion's Ambassadors represent the best of human
values -- those attributes, those qualities and virtues
of how people live righteous lives and how they treat their
loved ones and fellow humans. Our Ambassadors understand
that they are, indeed, part of a grander plan that their
own small lives can only reflect.
Our Ambassadors are not afraid to say that they represent
God. They are people who live with love, joy, peace, patience,
kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness and self-control.
Our Ambassadors strive to consistently represent God and
live the teachings of Jesus Christ. Each one understands
that they are not perfect, just forgiven (1John 1:8-10).
Every neighborhood, community, city and country has such
Ambassadors. Every large organization does too. And so does
every sports team.
